Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mainframe technologies and be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing solutions, and supporting application enhancements across multiple products. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand new requirements and enhancement requests.
• Translate business requirements into solution specifications by refining user stories with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Perform requirement gathering and impact analysis for change requests within the product environment.
• Develop, unit test, functional test, and integration test applications across multiple projects and products.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
• Ensure appropriate security standards, controls, and compliance requirements are followed.
• Support application maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant Mainframe development experience.
• Strong experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and Mainframe Systems.
• Knowledge of IMS DB and/or IMS DC.
• Experience in requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support activities.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
