We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (Sales) for ODYSSEY Elevators, a company redefining vertical mobility through innovation, reliability, and engineering excellence. The role focuses on driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating leads, and representing the ODYSSEY brand in high-value client engagements across regions.
Field / Client Facing Role (Extensive Travel Required)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships and channel networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Represent the company in client visits, site meetings, and business development activities.
• Travel extensively for business meetings and market expansion activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales aptitude and strong analytical thinking ability.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based sales role.
