We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (Sales) for BRIO, an Indo-Italian luxury elevator brand redefining modern elevation through innovation, design, and technology. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with high-value clients in the luxury residential and commercial segments.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the BRIO brand in high-value client engagements across domestic and international markets.
Field / Client Facing Role
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and direct luxury clientele.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, real estate developers, luxury homeowners, and commercial stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Provide insights to strengthen BRIO’s brand positioning and value proposition.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics during review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Represent BRIO at client sites, exhibitions, and industry events across regions and countries.
• Travel extensively for client acquisition, business expansion, and strategic meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-value client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to adapt sales strategies in real time.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international).
• After 12 Months: Promotion to Senior Business Development Manager with expanded territory, 15–20% salary hike, and leadership responsibilities.
• After 24 Months: Promotion to Regional Sales Head with multi-state responsibility, 20–25% salary growth, and international exposure (Gulf / Southeast Asia).
• After 36–48 Months: Promotion to National Sales Director with full P&L ownership, executive bonus, and global representation at international exhibitions.
• Beyond 4 Years: Executive leadership roles such as VP – Sales or Head – International Markets with C-level compensation, profit-sharing, and stock options.
• Work with a luxury Indo-Italian brand combining design, innovation, and technology.
