Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and hands-on experience working with its core modules. This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions, integrating external systems, and ensuring effective audience segmentation and campaign execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Create dynamic and personalized marketing content using AMPscript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, segmentation, and manipulation.
• Build and enhance email templates, landing pages, and content blocks using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop advanced scripting solutions using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms and CRM systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage data modeling, data configuration, audience segmentation, and customer data within Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of total experience with relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience being mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SSJS.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data management, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
