Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, JavaScript, cloud technologies, and testing practices. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create secure, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand business use cases, requirements, and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solve complex technical problems by leveraging appropriate tools, technologies, and development methodologies.
• Ensure development activities align with architectural guidelines and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Designers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate frontend components with APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-native applications.
• Manage application deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, security hardening, and disaster recovery processes.
• Work with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL-based systems for data access and management.
• Promote and implement best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and DevOps methodologies.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, mutation testing strategies, and quality assurance processes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and resiliency across environments.
• Support security best practices to protect user data, including encryption, anonymization, and secure application design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant frontend development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on testing experience.
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Mutation Testing, Test Automation, and software quality engineering practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
