Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong architectural expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, developing, and governing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This role involves leading solution architecture, driving technical strategy, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations aligned with enterprise standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and drive the architectural vision and strategy for ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise IT and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight to development teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, design patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and reduce technical debt to improve platform health, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement high-volume, complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Azure AD, and custom applications.
• Work with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, middleware solutions, and Kafka.
• Define and maintain robust data models and contribute to enterprise data governance within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are maintained across all ServiceNow implementations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve platform capabilities and architecture to support business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10–17 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Platform services.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-level system design.
• Strong experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools.
• Experience working with enterprise systems like SAP, Workday, and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, platform performance, and technical governance.
• Experience in managing technical debt and improving platform health.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
